Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Domestic Delivery (USA)
- Standard US Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $4.99 (or FREE on orders over $50)
- Warehouse Locations: Our products are stocked and shipped directly from our US fulfillment centers via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Order Tracking
Once your tracking number is generated, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update scan events. You can track your package directly through our website using your order number and email.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to make corrections, please contact us immediately at support@getpawspaws.com. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, we are unable to alter delivery destinations.
